I am a UX/UI designer in Sacramento, CA, and I make products for people.

How I got here

I followed a nontraditional path to get to the field of design. Growing up, I had an appreciation for highly functional and beautifully styled products, but instead of fostering that appreciation early on, I ended up following a more academic route.

In 2015 I started making jewelry, a hobby that reignited my passion for design. I loved sketching pieces and then bringing them to life, and I wished I had a career where I could do just that.

Fast forward a few years of work and study, and that vision has evolved into a passion for web design. After I decided it was time to go back to school, I enrolled in Bloc’s Product Design program to learn the skills necessary to become a UX designer. In that time I gained a foundation in UX research, visual design, front end fundamentals, and applied it to real projects.

What can I do for you?

The work I do starts with understanding and empathizing, getting to the root of the problem, and seeing the bigger picture. From there, the goal is to build something that my clients and users will love.

When people aren’t frustrated, they are free to follow their passion, and do what they love. My aim is to facilitate that through simple and accessible design. If you have any questions for me, or would like to chat about a project you have, feel free to reach out! I would love to hear from you.
